We are pleased to announce that the activities of Holst Shipping Agencies
with effect as from 16/9-09 has been merged into a new company, which will serve the shipagencies at the port of Randers.

Mr. Peter Gettermann and mr. Lasse Jensen have been transferred to the new company, where they will be the team together with mr. Karsten Danielsen and mr. Per Sørensen, both formerly working with Adolf Andersens Succr.

We are confident that this new venture will ensure better service and
a very reliable partner for all vessels calling Randers.

The chartering acticities of Holst Shipping A/S will be carried on in the
usual manner at our domicile at Niels Brocksgade 8-2 under the name of
Holst Shipping A/S and Kenneth Eriksen has been transferred from the agency
department back into the chartering department of Holst Shipping A/S.

By mutual agreement it has been decided that Kim Vinther will resign from his position in Holst Shipping Agency I/S with effect as from 30.09.2009. We thank Kim for his efforts and we wish him all the best in the years to come.
